Organizations cannot improve what they cannot measure. Sustainable transformation requires more than technology, policies, or isolated improvement initiatives—it requires a clear understanding of organizational maturity.
KnowledgeRoots™ Enterprise Maturity Framework™ introduces a practical executive framework for assessing, measuring, and advancing enterprise capability maturity across governance, people, knowledge, culture, processes, technology, organizational learning, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) readiness.
Designed for executives, government leaders, consultants, knowledge managers, transformation professionals, and organizational change practitioners, this second volume of the KnowledgeRoots™ Executive Series provides a roadmap for identifying capability gaps, prioritizing strategic improvements, and building resilient, high-performing organizations prepared for the future.
