 Asha A. Peterson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Collaborative Shared Technologies LLC®, where she leads corporate strategy, business growth, intellectual property development, strategic partnerships, and the company's portfolio of Knowledge Management, Enterprise Intelligence™, AI readiness, digital transformation, and organizational transformation solutions.

A retired United States Air Force Veteran, Peterson brings 24 years of Knowledge Management experience since 2002, including extensive experience designing, implementing, governing, and sustaining enterprise Knowledge Management programs within complex Department of Defense and Intelligence Community environments.

Throughout her career, Peterson has served in senior Knowledge Management and executive advisory roles supporting large-scale defense and intelligence organizations. Her experience includes enterprise KM strategy and governance, information governance, taxonomy and metadata management, business process improvement, organizational change, digital modernization, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, and the integration of artificial intelligence into enterprise Knowledge Management environments.

Peterson's AI-enabled Knowledge Management experience includes developing KM frameworks incorporating AI prompt engineering, designing AI-driven knowledge retrieval approaches, supporting the integration and governance of AI agents, and helping organizations prepare their workforces for AI-enabled operations.
